Form & Focus...




When it comes to working out, these are the two MOST important things...

FORM. 100 bicep curls doesn't do you any good if you're performing them incorrectly. Always stay true to form. Never use a weight that is so heavy that you can't perform the exercise with proper form.

FOCUS. You have to focus on the muscle that you are working. When you do this, something amazing happens. You can feel your muscle growing! If you're not focused, you're likely to lose your form.
Also, focus on your goals. Focus on your nutrition. Without proper eating, all the exercises in the world will do you no good. I'll talk more about nutrition later.

Pay attention to your FORM & your FOCUS and you will experience life-altering fitness...
